Microwave Sabudana Khichadi

 Its simple to make sabudana khichadi in microwave. No tension of sticking on the sides of vessel and uses less ghee. so presenting you healthier less fat sabudana khichadi     Soak sabudana (sago pearls) for 3-6 hours. The soaking is a crucial step: I do this by placing 1 cup sabudana in a bowl and just barely covering it with water, then covering it and setting it aside. After soaking, the grains should still feel dry and separate, although they should feel soft and hydrated.Fluff with fork If using raw peanuts, roast at 425F for about 10 minutes and remove the skin. If using already roasted peanuts, skip this step. Once the roasted peanuts have cooled, grind coarsely. 2.  Lazy sunday morning... When you can roll in bed till late... No hungry mouths to feed.... No tension about what to cook for lunch box... No guests dropping in, so no elaborate cooking required....                              I am already day dreaming of such a lazy morning when I just wanna lay down and enjoy food cooked by me (nah) or cooked by someone special (sounds just right).                      Its a healthy power packed breakfast. Whole wheat bread, eggs, milk, bananas all put together in make simply delicious breakfast for you.                     When we were in USA, I had gone with my cute nephew to four day Los Angeles tour. This tour was managed by Chinese people. So the crowd was Chinese, with just two of us Indians. We were served Chinese breakfast in the hotels were we stayed. One dish that was common for breakfast was snow white buns kept fresh in large bamboo steamers. Everyone used to have it, we were apprehensive and didn’t know how to eat it, so we didn’t try it.      The best way to wish someone good morning is with nice warm cup of coffee and some warm breakfast...  What could be a better breakfast than eggs... Eggs are filling and packed with loads of proteins and nutrients...      These egg pies are simple and easy to make and will be ready in the oven while you get ready for the day... They are also ideal for your kids tiffin box.. Ingredients: 1/4 cup  frozen corn 3 eggs 3 tbsp milk sliced half onion 6 bread slices salt pepper grated cheese Method: Spread corn out on paper towels to thaw and dry completely or defrost for 2 min in microwave. Preheat oven to 350-deg. F (180-deg C). Brush a 6 cup muffin pan well with oil. You can also use small bowls/ ramekins instead of muffin pan. 2000... Thats the year which made a big decision of my life. A decision that changed my life, made me a dentist.I got admission in Dr D. Y. Patil dental college. That was also the year when I was introduced to few amazing girls in my class, who later on went to be become my best buddies till today.                         Bijal, Aditi, Priya, Dhruti, Aksha, Chaitra & Zeeba.. Love eggs & toast.. Wanna try something different…. It tastes good & looks great Ingredients 1 egg 3 slices of Bread Butter/ olive oil Salt Pepper Mayonnaise/ mint chutney Cookie cutter Method: Heat Non stick frying pan. Add butter / olive oil & let it sizzle Cut a hole with cookie cutter or simply tear a hole out from the middle of a slice of bread. Place the bread on the buttered pan. Keep the heat medium, such that egg cooks along with bread. If its too high, bread will burn before eggs cook. Toast other 2 bread along with egg/bread combo.
