Chocolate Marble Cake

Chocolate Marble Cake  This is one cake recipe which turns out rich and butter , yet firm, good in taste as well as good for carving cakes to form different shapes.  Here in this case I made lightening mcqueen for my little son on his birthday Ingredients: 4 1/2 cup of cake flour 1 1/2 tbsp baking powder 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/2 cup butter 1 1/2 cup white granulated sugar 1 1/2 cup golden brown sugar 3 eggs 2 tsp vanilla extract 500 ml milk 1/3 cup cocoa powder Method Preheat the oven to 350F/ 160C.  Remove the eggs, milk and butter out of the fridge before 30 min , so that all the ingredients are at room temperature when you start. I used one 10 inch round silicon cake pan which I sprayed with cooking spray. I also used 8 inch metal cake pan which I greased with butter and covered with parchment paper. I have mentioned in the ingredients list to use cake flour, which is not very commonly available in India. But its very easy to make cake flour at home...

Scrambled Egg Pies

     The best way to wish someone good morning is with nice warm cup of coffee and some warm breakfast...  What could be a better breakfast than eggs... Eggs are filling and packed with loads of proteins and nutrients...      These egg pies are simple and easy to make and will be ready in the oven while you get ready for the day... They are also ideal for your kids tiffin box.. Ingredients: 1/4 cup  frozen corn 3 eggs 3 tbsp milk sliced half onion 6 bread slices salt pepper grated cheese Method: Spread corn out on paper towels to thaw and dry completely or defrost for 2 min in microwave. Preheat oven to 350-deg. F (180-deg C). Brush a 6 cup muffin pan well with oil. You can also use small bowls/ ramekins instead of muffin pan. Love eggs & toast.. Wanna try something different…. It tastes good & looks great Ingredients 1 egg 3 slices of Bread Butter/ olive oil Salt Pepper Mayonnaise/ mint chutney Cookie cutter Method: Heat Non stick frying pan. Add butter / olive oil & let it sizzle Cut a hole with cookie cutter or simply tear a hole out from the middle of a slice of bread. Place the bread on the buttered pan. Keep the heat medium, such that egg cooks along with bread. If its too high, bread will burn before eggs cook. Toast other 2 bread along with egg/bread combo.
